All Laser items: guns, pens, etc
TOYS THAT COULD HARM PEOPLE
IT IS PROHIBITED TO SHARE A BOOTH (10 X 10) WITH OTHER VENDORS
By signing below, I accept responsibility on behalf of my business/chapter to abide by the rules and
regulations set forth on this sheet. Furthermore, I accept to adhere to the policies of the Street Festival
Committee and the Homenetmen Regional Executive as they are presented to me. I am aware that any
violation of written regulations can result in suspension of operations.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Booth rental applications must be submitted by September 9, with full payment.
You are allowed to pick the booth location of your choice based on availability. All booths are provided with 1 table and two chairs. Vendors must supply additional
tables and chairs if needed. No vehicles will be allowed on the festival lot after 10:00 am on September 16.
All booths must be open and manned during regular festival hours (See
Festival dates and hours). Electricity will not be provided. Vendors must supply their own extension cords, light bulbs
and all other equipment that is necessary. Homenetmen Regional Executive Committee
and the Street Festival Committee cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by
Vendor not accurately operating this equipment. The Street Festival Organizing Committee has the right to refuse the sale of any
products that have not been pre-approved/mentioned in the vendor application. The Street Festival Organizing Committee may require vendors to obtain commercial
general liability insurance, including products, in an amount no less than $1,000,000 for
bodily injury and property damage from a company acceptable to the Street Festival
Committee. The Homenetmen Street Festival Committee, its officers, agents, or members shall not be
held responsible for any loss nor damage due to theft, fire, accident, or other cause but will
use reasonable care to protect the vendor from such loss. Booth fees are non-refundable.
Homenetmen Street Festival Committee reserves the right to refuse service to any vendor.
The Street Festival Committee is not liable for any damage or incident that occurs on the
the grounds of the festival. No Vendor is allowed to post their advertisements/posters anywhere on school grounds.
All Booths must be placed inside the 10’x10’ booth. Tables may not be placed outside the
designated area. Homenetmen Street Festival Committee cannot guarantee your desired tent color.
Violators of the above rules and regulations will incur the following fines:
A. First violation $250.00
B. Second violation $500.00
C. Third violation will result in booth closure
Note: Homenetmen Regional Executive Committee and the Street Festival Organizing Committee reserve the right to decline any application that may be inappropriate.

43rd Street Festival Vendor Booth Agreement
, a vendor for the Homenetmen Street Festival, agree to pay $250 for a booth during the Homenetmen Street Festival held at Glendale Central Park on September 16, 2018.
I agree not to sell or distribute any items that have not been approved by the Homenetmen Street
Festival Committee. I agree to adhere to all the rules and regulations set forth by the HSFC. I understand that any violations of the rules given to me by the HSFC may result in termination of the booth WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
I have been given a copy of the rules/regulations of the Homenetmen Street Festival.
The HSFC will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items during the festival.
My booth shall be manned and open during Street Festival business hours at Glendale Central Park.
I agree not to sell or distribute any items that I have not mentioned in my application and which have not been approved by the HSFC.
I understand that the HSFC will not issue any refunds once the application has been submitted and approved.
I understand that with the rental of my 10x10 booth, 1 table, and two chairs will be provided. We will not be providing access to power. I understand that I am responsible for bringing my own power, extension cords and any other items needed to display my product. The HSFC is not responsible for providing anything else besides what is mentioned above.
I understand that the HSFC does not require me to obtain commercial general liability insurance, including products, in an amount no less than $1,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage from a company acceptable to HSFC. If I am required to obtain commercial general liability insurance I agree to name Homenetmen Street Festival Committee as an additional insured and provide the HSFC with a certificate of insurance.
I agree to indemnify and hold HSFC harmless from all costs, losses, damages, or expenses including expense of litigation and attorneys' fees resulting from any person or property arising out of any act or omission of vendor, his employees, or other representatives. If requested, I will furnish HSFC with evidence that I have insurance in force with a reputable insurer, including coverage (with limits approved by HSFC) against contractually assumed liability. The Homenetmen Street Festival Committee, its officers, agents, or members shall not be held responsible for any loss nor damage due to theft, fire, accident, or other cause but will use reasonable care to protect the vendor from such loss.
